Gary W. Clark

Gary is a project architect with more than 30 years of experience in design, design development, construction document production, discipline coordination, and construction administration for a multitude of project types, including educational projects from K-12 to higher education, commercial, and government projects. He specializes in the production of construction documents, including specification writing and construction administration, including detailed submittal reviews, analyzing and resolving RFI's, and thorough Pay Application reviews.

He also has developed a QA/QC process starting from schematic design to the final construction documents, including detailed coordination with all disciplines throughout all phases of the project. He is experienced in construction cost estimating, and coordinates with the design team to provide accurate construction estimates at specific phases of the project for budget compliance verification.
