John Laur

John is an accomplished healthcare architect and heads the Healthcare Studio at Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (D/P/S). "Creating pleasant and innovative healthcare environments, which excel in healing and performance, is very rewarding to him personally," says John who has more than 37 years of project experience. John is one of only a few Board Certified Healthcare Architects nationally. He also earned his Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification; EDAC institutionalizes healthcare facility design as a credible approach to improve healthcare outcomes.

He is primarily involved in the planning, design, and delivery of major and complex healthcare projects at D/P/S. His duties include business development, client relations/management, and design and delivery of many, many projects including hospitals, state-of-the-art surgical facilities, advanced diagnostic and treatment environments, support areas, and medical offices and clinics. John provides his design and comprehensive project management and support for many repeat clients.
