Kate has over fifteen years of experience in corporate workplace, retail, restaurant & hospitality, sports & recreational, medical office, and education projects across the western United States. Her diverse background and ability to connect with clients to develop lasting relationships creates a unique platform to understand how spaces can best be utilized as a tool to support each organization’s effectiveness. Kate’s certification in Change Management also allows her to focus on the human aspects of the users, mitigate change disruptions, and increase the long-term learning capacity of the users. With a passion for connecting clients and industry partners, Kate works across offices and practice areas to forge new partnerships and support the overall growth & development of the firm.

Kate’s experience includes new building construction as well as TI office and renovation projects. Her responsibilities include leading the conceptual and design development of interior architectural spaces, interior finishes, furnishings, fixtures, equipment coordination, project management, and oversight of construction document production. She works collaboratively with clients and project team members to coordinate all aspects of the design process for a complete and thorough space solution. Kate is eager to meet client needs and excels at adhering to rigorous project schedules and budgets. She loves to inject personality into each project from start to finish, making each project an enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone involved.
