Blanche Zagger

Blanche Zagger has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Blanche started their career at JPMorgan Chase in 2005, where they worked as a Reconciliation's Analyst and handled various tasks such as administration of cash and stock accounts, liaising with internal and external parties, and producing client reports. Blanche also served as a Unit trust Settlements Clerk/Vault Clerk, managing deliveries, transitions, and documentation.

In 2010, Blanche joined Metro Bank as a Reconciliation Assistant before moving on to Vestra Wealth LLP in 2011. At Vestra Wealth LLP, they worked as a Reconciliation Assistant and was responsible for manual reconciliation of stock holdings, identifying and rectifying breaks, investigating outstanding items, and reporting to management.

Currently, Blanche is employed at Deko as a Compliance and Assurance Officer. This role commenced in January 2022, and their responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations and providing assurance on operational and security matters. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Operations & Security Analyst from 2015 to 2022.

Throughout their career, Blanche has consistently demonstrated their expertise in reconciliation, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Blanche Zagger completed their secondary education at DAVENANT FOUNDATION SCHOOL from 1989 to 1994, earning their GCSES. Blanche then furthered their education from 1994 to 1997 at Epping Forest College, where they obtained a BTEC National diploma in Media Studies.
