Head of Consumer Product at Deko

Daniel Lee's work experience begins in 2008 when they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Feelgd.com Limited. During their time there, they developed a student research portal and social network. In 2009, Daniel started working as a Digital Product & Marketing Consultant on multiple contracts, where they provided end-to-end consulting services to small and medium-sized companies in various industries. Daniel focused on requirements analysis, customer experience optimization, outsourcing, search engine marketing, design and development, eCRM, bulk email, video production, and usability and accessibility.

From 2012 to 2014, Daniel worked at NOW: Pensions in two roles: as a Senior Web Consultant and then as a Digital Product & Marketing Lead. Daniel played a significant role in building the company's digital marketing team and optimizing their systems and approach. Daniel also implemented a customer-centric approach using analytics and testing.

Next, from 2015 to 2016, Daniel served as the Head of Marketing at Judopay, where they managed the marketing team and developed marketing strategies. Daniel focused on optimizing the customer journey, marketing automation, building social channels, managing the budget, and positioning the brand as a thought leader in the m-commerce domain.

In 2016, Daniel joined Worldpay as a Strategic Product Marketing Manager, where they played a key role in the company's global payments leadership. Daniel stayed with Worldpay until 2018.

From 2018 to 2023, Daniel worked at Kingfisher plc in two roles: Group Product Owner - Payments and Group Product Manager - Payments, Fraud, and Consumer Credit. Daniel'sresponsibilities included leading strategic payment solutions for the company and managing various payment channels.

Daniel's most recent role is as the Head of Consumer Product at Deko, a position they have held since 2023.

Daniel Lee's education history begins with their attendance at Caterham School from 1995 to 2001. Daniel then went on to study at Reigate College from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Business Studies, Computing, Electronics, and Economics. Following this, Daniel attended the University of Portsmouth from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained several certifications. These include the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, the Inbound Certification in Digital Marketing from HubSpot, and the SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
