Jessica Lebon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica began their career at Tri-Star Packaging Ltd as an Admin/Account assistant from December 2010 to July 2013. Jessica then worked at Forrester as a Receptionist from October 2016 to December 2016.

In 2016, Jessica joined Deko and held various roles. Jessica started as a Support Specialist from December 2016 to March 2017. From January 2019 to July 2019, they served as a Client Services and Operations Assistant Manager, where they resolved issues for consumers, retailers, and lenders, monitored client services KPIs, and ensured adherence to lender's contractual SLAs. Jessica then progressed to the role of Head Of Client Services from July 2019 to March 2023. In this position, they led a team of six people, collaborated with engineering and product teams on platform improvement projects, and managed relationships with lenders. Currently, Jessica is serving as an Operations Excellence Manager at Deko, starting in March 2023.

Jessica Lebon completed a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Musicianship (Vocals) from BIMM Manchester from 2013 to 2016.
