Tom Saudemont

Tom Saudemont has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tom is currently the Head of DevOps Claims Management at DEKRA, where they oversee a global application portfolio and manages international teams. Prior to this, they worked at DEKRA Belgium as the Local Information Security Officer and Country IT Manager. Tom also has experience as a Senior Manager at Capgemini, where they specialized in testing and quality management services. Additionally, they worked as a Test Engineer and Coordinator at LogicaCMG Limited and held the position of Operations Team Lead at Control Solutions International. Tom began their career as a Test and Functional Analyst at Aon BELGIUM and later served as an Information Technology Support Engineer. Tom started their professional journey as a Flight Watch Officer at DHL Aviation (UK) Limited.

Tom Saudemont has a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Hogeschool Antwerpen - SCVO BIRM, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Tom also attended the IT Business Excellence Program and the DEKRA Managerial Foundation Program, focusing on Information Technology and Business Administration and Management, respectively, from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech, Digital Transformation, DevOps, and Software Testing, among others.
