Hailey Nelson

Hailey Nelson has significant experience in guest services and hospitality, currently serving as Guest Services Lead at the City of Hurst since August 2019, where responsibilities include training new staff and communicating program details. Concurrently, since July 2023, Hailey works as a Bartender at Del Frisco's Grille, collaborating with a team to enhance customer experiences and manage inventory. Previous roles include various positions at Hudson Homes, such as Occupied Maintenance Coordinator and Project Coordinator, where Hailey managed relationships, prioritized tasks, and organized project initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Seasonal Lifeguard at the City of Euless and a Summer Intern at Hudson Homes. Hailey is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Tarrant County College and holds a high school diploma from Trinity High School.
