Juan Cordero's work experience includes holding various engineering and management positions in multiple companies. Juan started their career as an Ingeniero de Servicio at ABB from November 2002 to May 2004. Juan then worked as an Ingeniero de Proyectos at Avon from May 2004 to June 2006. After that, they served as an Operations Manager at Soluciones Hidraulicas de Mexico from June 2006 to May 2008. Juan then joined Mead Johnson Nutrition, where they held roles such as Continuous Improvement Engineer from June 2008 to October 2009, Project Manager from October 2009 to June 2014, Senior Project Engineer from July 2014 to February 2017, and Compliance Manager, Global Quality Systems from February 2017 to January 2018. In 2018, they joined Blue Diamond Growers as a Site Engineering Manager, where they led the Engineering and Maintenance team, managed the CAPEX process, and coordinated maintenance activities. Currently, Juan is working at Del Monte Foods, Inc. as a Senior Director of Engineering.
Juan Cordero obtained a Master's degree in Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1997 to 2001. Juan also holds additional certifications in FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance and Purdue University, respectively.
