Shailesh Bokil

Shailesh Bokil, MBA, SPHR®, has over 28 years of work experience in talent management and HR strategy. SHAILESH most recently served as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Del Monte Foods, Inc., where they were responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition and management programs aligned with the company's strategic goals. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Management at the same company.

Before joining Del Monte Foods, Shailesh held the position of Managing Director of HR/Talent Strategy at FedEx Ground, where they led the corporate talent strategy to align with the overall business strategy. During their tenure, they coordinated centralized recruiting support for 630 facilities and managed the hiring of high-volume and critical technology roles.

Earlier in their career, Shailesh served as the Vice President of Talent at CEI, a CMMi level 5 tech consulting company, where they provided strategic guidance and solutions in cloud architecture, custom software development, and RPO. SHAILESH also worked as a Workforce Planning Manager at Pepsico Group, where they focused on workforce planning initiatives.

SHAILESH BOKIL holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Clemson University, which was obtained between 1990 and 1992. In addition, they have completed the Dynamic Leadership Program in Culture and Organizational Change Management at Carnegie Mellon University in 2018, and the Center for Executive Education program in Success in a Changing World at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 2017. BOKIL is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they obtained in May 2018.
