Jeanne Graves

Jeanne Graves, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, has a vast and diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the Human Resources field. Jeanne began their career as a Human Resources Representative at Digital Equipment Corporation, where they managed a large client base and handled benefit and 401(k) administration. After that, they worked at Roland Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, where they built the HR/Payroll function from scratch and implemented various benefit programs.

Jeanne then joined Meade Instruments Corp. as the Corporate Human Resources Manager, where they had direct responsibility for recruitment, benefits, compensation, and employee relations. Jeanne successfully implemented several HR programs and systems, such as an HR/Payroll Information System and a 401(k) plan.

Later on, Jeanne served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at CKE/Carl's Jr. Restaurants, where they provided HR support to a large number of restaurant sites and focused on employee relations and investigations. Jeanne then joined Diedrich Coffee as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they oversaw all HR, benefits, and payroll functions across multiple states and supported the CEO and Executive Team in strategic management and compliance efforts.
