Scott Perkins

Scott Perkins has extensive legal experience in various roles and organizations. Scott is currently serving as the General Counsel at Delaware Health Information Network since January 2019. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP from February 2017 to December 2018. From December 2015 to January 2017, they were the Deputy Legal Counsel at the Office of Governor Jack A. Markell. Prior to that, they served as Deputy Attorney General at the Delaware Department of Justice from February 2014 to November 2015. Scott began their legal career as an Associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. from September 2007 to January 2014.

Scott Perkins completed their undergraduate studies at James Madison University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
