John Kolkowski

John Kolkowski is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in design and construction. Currently serving as Project Manager II at Delaware North since March 2025, John previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at CBRE for a brief period in early 2025. From March 2018 to January 2025, John returned to Delaware North as a Project Manager in the same field. Earlier experience includes a position as a Staff Accountant for the Buffalo Sabres from December 2013 to March 2018 and as a Property Coordinator at Community Bank System, Inc. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Bonaventure University.
