Karin Morris is the Director of Community Planning at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, a position held since July 1999, overseeing various offices including Smart Growth and Sustainable Energy. We serve a diverse region of nine counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania; and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer in New Jersey.
