Aaron Perez

Aaron Perez has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Aaron began their career at Time Warner Cable, where they worked as a Technical Operations Leader and Project Manager for 15 years. During their tenure, they successfully led teams and implemented initiatives that resulted in increased operational efficiency and a reduction in rework.

In 2017, Aaron joined USAA as a Process Engineer, where they managed an enterprise-wide SDLC program and led process improvement projects. Aaron later transitioned to the role of Senior Process Engineer, where they developed analytical models and led numerous process improvement efforts across the HR department. As a Lead Business Analyst, Aaron led a team of analysts and played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a portfolio of digital solutions that positively impacted the entire organization.

Most recently, Aaron joined Delek US Holdings, Inc. as the Senior Director of Business Transformation and Data Visualization. In this role, they lead the Enterprise Data Strategy Portfolio efforts, focusing on standardizing, automating, integrating, and digitizing tactical, operational, and strategic data. Aaron also oversees the utilization of enterprise and executive dashboards and reports, serving as a liaison for critical technology partners.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, and a commitment to delivering results that drive operational excellence.

Aaron Perez holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word. Aaron has also obtained certifications in Managing and Analyzing Data in Excel (Office 365/Excel 2019) and How to Make Your Charts Awesome from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, SAFe® 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
