Haylee Vandyke

Haylee VanDyke has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Haylee began their career with The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in 2008, where they worked as a Customer Support Specialist until 2011. Haylee then joined Baker Hughes as an Instructional Design Intern, and later became an Instructional Design Project Manager until 2015. In 2015, Haylee joined CB&I as a Human Resource Specialist, where they worked until 2017. Haylee then joined Delek US Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, and later worked as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Human Resources Business Partner at Delek US Holdings, Inc.

Haylee VanDyke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they obtained certifications in the Delek Leadership Development Program from the Work Institute, Train the Trainer from Baker Hughes, and Instructional Design from SkillPath in the years 2019, 2013, and 2012 respectively.
