Jason Roberson

Jason Roberson has a strong background in human resources and employee services. Jason most recently served as the Vice President of HR Operations and Employee Services at Delek US Holdings, Inc. starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits at Delek US Holdings, Inc. from October 2017 to December 2020. Before joining Delek US Holdings, Inc., Jason worked at Clarcor as the Director of Retirement, Equity, and Incentive Plans from April 2014 to October 2017. Jason also has experience at Cummins Inc., where they served as the US Retirement Team Lead from January 2010 to April 2014 and as an Internal Controls and Benefits Intern from May 2009 to August 2009.

Jason Roberson obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university in 2006.
