Jon van Cleve

Jon Van Cleve has over 25 years of experience in benefits administration and management. Jon is currently the Director of Benefits at Delek US Holdings, Inc., a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Benefits at the same company from July 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Delek, they served as the Total Rewards Leader for Compensation and Benefits Administration at XPO Logistics, Inc. from November 2017 to June 2019. Jon also worked as the Benefits Administration Manager at Bridgestone from July 2014 to October 2017, and as the Benefits Manager at Kohl’s Department Stores from June 2009 to June 2014. Beginning their career at Mercer Human Resource Consulting in June 2007, Jon Van Cleve served as a Client Relationship Manager, responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring the accuracy of benefits administration delivery. Prior to that, they held various roles at Hewitt Associates, including Benefits Delivery Manager and H&W Auditor/TWL Consultant, where they focused on healthcare benefit design and implementation of time off and work/life programs.

Jon Van Cleve has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Iowa. Jon has also obtained certifications in "Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits" and "PowerPoint: From Outline to Presentation" from LinkedIn in 2023.
