Taeza Brown

Taeza Brown, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Taeza currently serves as the Lead Talent Management Specialist at Delek US Holdings, Inc., where they are responsible for leading the implementation of an enterprise-wide Career Framework initiative. This initiative establishes a skills/competency-based infrastructure and contributes to the achievement of company strategic objectives.
