Stephanie Sham

Stephanie Sham is a Design Coordinator at DeLeon Realty since March 2021, overseeing the listing preparation process for high-end homes in Silicon Valley and managing vendor coordination. Stephanie has also been a Freelance Interior Designer with State of Design since August 2017, specializing in all stages of interior design projects. Previous experience includes roles as an Assistant Designer at Einstein Design Group and ScavulloDesign Interiors, where responsibilities involved sourcing materials and drafting plans. Early career experience as a Solicitor at Iu, Lai & Li encompassed corporate law and contract negotiation. Stephanie holds a Certificate in Interior Design from UC Berkeley Extension, alongside law degrees from UCL and The University of Hong Kong.
