Jaroslav Axler

Jaroslav Axler is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director at delfort since February 2018, overseeing local HR processes for OP papírna and Roll4You, which includes supporting organizational changes for the Paper Machine 6 project. Prior to this role, Jaroslav held positions at Schaltag AG as HR Project Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities included recruitment, training and development, performance management, and building the HR department, alongside achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification and implementing SAP HR. Additionally, Jaroslav has extensive experience at HELLA as a Senior HR Specialist, where full recruitment responsibilities were managed, as well as roles in various educational and administrative capacities, including training in management skills and overseeing office and project management. Jaroslav holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Theology from Pontificia Universita Lateranense, supplemented by education from Masaryk University Brno and Charles University.
