Caroline Kohlmann

Projectmanagement MSCA Cofund GROW at Delft University of Technology

Caroline Kohlmann has extensive experience at TU Delft, holding various roles since 2000. Currently, Caroline serves as Projectmanager for the MSCA Cofund GROW initiative, focusing on international PhD programs related to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals in Africa. Additional positions include coordinating the Ruisdael Observatory, project secretary for EnergySwitch, and managing the LEaDing Fellows postdoc program. Caroline has also contributed to HR development and mobility policies and served as an HR advisor at TU Delft. Prior roles include secretarial support to the Executive Board and leading administrative support within the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Business Law/Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
