Dingtang Tikhak

Dingtang Tikhak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as an Engineer in Project Management at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in 2003, where they successfully managed and executed process automation projects. They then transitioned to a Senior Manager role at Automotive Axles Ltd., where they implemented Lean Production Systems. After that, they served as the Plant Head at AUTOMOTIVE AXLES LTD, overseeing operations in Noida. Following this, they joined Amazon as a Category Manager in the EU Automotive division. They then moved to Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as the Head of Project Management Office Lease Business, where they managed projects and launched business in new geographies. Currently, Dingtang Tikhak holds senior leadership roles at Delhivery, first as Senior Director Last Mile, East, then as Senior Director, Freight Operations, and is now serving as the Vice President of Freight Operations. Overall, their experience spans project management, operations, and leadership roles.

Dingtang Tikhak completed a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the years 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they earned a Bachelors of Technology in Instrumentation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. They also attended Ramakrishna Mission School Narottam Nagar from 1986 to 1998, completing their High School education.
