Hem Jadeja

Hem Jadeja has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hem started their career in 2009 as an Executive in Manufacturing Excellence at Piramal Glass Ltd. Hem then moved on to work as an Assistant Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd. from 2010 to 2012, where they served as the Vertical Head for TQM. After that, they joined Sai Info Systems as an Assistant Manager in Process and Quality until 2013. In 2014, Hem joined Delhivery as the Lead for Operation systems Design, and later in the same year, they joined ACME Cleantech Solution Limited as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Hem returned to Delhivery in 2014 and held various positions including Senior Associate in Process and Engineering and Senior Associate in Strategy. Hem then worked at NuvoEx as the Process Excellence Manager from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Delhivery as the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Strategy.

Hem Jadeja obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Instrumentation and Control from Atmiya Institute of Technology and Science in the years 2002-2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Som Lalit Institute of Management between 2007 and 2009. Hem also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from TÜV SÜD, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
