Micah Melvin

Micah Melvin is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Atlanta at Taco Bell since June 2024, Micah has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and Director of Operations at Delight Restaurant Group since January 2019. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Taco Bell-Atlanta from November 2014 to January 2019 and Director of Operations at Checkers Drive In Restaurants, Inc. for a brief period in 2014. Micah began a career in the food service sector as an Area Coach at Tacala, LLC from July 2000 to July 2014. Educational credentials were obtained from Albany State University.
