Tom Pilloud

Tom Pilloud serves as the Vice President of Operations at Delight Restaurant Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tom was the Human Resources Director at JEM Management from March 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading the human resource department for a company encompassing over 75 restaurants and various real estate holdings. As a Franchise Owner at Cool Hand Luke's Steakhouse from December 2007 to January 2019, Tom managed three steakhouses with annual sales exceeding $10 million and implemented improvements in operational systems. Tom's experience at Taco Bell includes serving as Franchise Business Director from 2003 to 2007, overseeing franchise operations for 220 restaurants with significant sales, and as Market Director from 1996 to 2003, managing a portfolio of 45 restaurants with notable financial results. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and degrees in Business Management from Moorpark College and California State University, Northridge.
