Charlotte Archer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte started their career as a Learning Support Assistant at Select Education in 2008, providing support to students in special needs schools. In 2011, they worked as a Shift Leader at JD Wetherspoon, where they managed a large team and ensured high-quality service. In 2013, they interned as a Buying and Marketing Intern at Tightsplease, where they supported the buying and marketing team through various tasks. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Oaktree Telemarketing, starting as a Specialist Telemarketing Executive and progressively advancing to an Account Manager and eventually an Operations Manager. Their responsibilities included campaign management, client relations, and operational strategy. In 2017, they joined Delinea as an International Inside Sales Representative and moved on to hold various roles including Channel Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Sales Development Director, Enterprise Sales Executive, Enablement & Licensing Specialist, and Sales Enablement Director. Currently, they are the Sales Development Operations Director, Global at Delinea.

Charlotte Archer earned a BA (Hons) degree in Classical Studies from The University of Manchester between 2009 and 2012. In 2020, they obtained PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
