Erin Jones

Erin Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Fitness Program Coordinator at F.I.T. Challenge, where they coached and supported individuals in achieving their fitness goals. In 2016, they took on the role of Yoga Instructor at Premise Health.

In 2016, Erin transitioned into the field of sales operations, joining RSA Security as a Senior Business Operations Analyst. Over the next few years, they took on progressive roles within the company, including Advisor and Senior Advisor in Americas Sales Operations. Erin'sresponsibilities included managing sales data, forecasting, and supporting business operations.

In 2019, Erin moved to CyberArk as the Director of Global Revenue Operations, overseeing sales operations on a global scale. Erin continued to manage strategic initiatives, drive sales performance, and build partnerships.

In 2021, Erin joined Wistia as the Director of Go-To-Market Operations, where they led operations efforts to optimize the company's sales and marketing processes.

Since 2022, Erin has been the Head of Revenue Operations at Perch, where they have played a key role in revenue optimization and operations strategy.

In 2023, Erin expanded their experience beyond traditional roles by becoming a Member of RevOps Co-op, Wizards of Ops, and RevGenius. Erin also took on the position of Regional Director of Sales Operations at Delinea.

Erin Jones obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Carleton College between 2008 and 2012. Erin also holds additional certifications, including being a LES MILLS Certified GRIT Instructor through Les Mills International and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification from Lean Six Sigma, obtained in 2013.
