Mark Drury

Mark Drury has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Mark currently holds the position of SVP, Deputy General Counsel at Delinea starting from September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CooperCompanies where they held multiple roles including Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary from February 2020 to March 2022, Deputy General Counsel from August 2019 to February 2020, Assistant General Counsel from February 2014 to July 2019, Senior Counsel (CooperVision) from November 2012 to January 2014, and Corporate Counsel (CooperVision) from January 2011 to October 2012. Before joining CooperCompanies, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins from October 2005 to May 2010. Mark also gained experience as a Business Analyst at ReCap IT from January 2000 to May 2001 and as a Daily Fund Coordinator and Domestic Portfolio Accountant Associate at Barclays Global Investors from September 1998 to December 1999.

Mark Drury holds a Doctor of Law - JD degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, which they completed in 2005. Mark also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, which they obtained in 2005. In 1998, Mark received a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Economics from UCLA. Additionally, they are currently pursuing an Executive Program Certificate in Making AI Work: Machine Intelligence for Business and Society at the MIT Sloan School of Management, expected to be completed in 2022.
