Suzanne Tom

Suzanne Tom is the current Chief Legal Officer at Delinea, Inc. and has held this position since November 2021. Prior to their current role, Suzanne was the SVP, General Counsel at Calix from August 2015 to November 2021. Before that, they served as the VP Corporate Legal & Compliance at VeriFone from December 2008 to July 2015. Suzanne began their career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins in January 2008 before becoming a Law Clerk to Hon. Ronald M. Whyte in September 2007. In January 2001, they became the Accounting & SEC Manager at ONI Systems Corp. and then the Assistant Corporate Controller at Turnstone Systems, Inc. in January 1999. Lastly, Suzanne served as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from October 1993 to July 1999.
