Delinian
Prin Shasiharan has a range of work experience in various legal roles. They worked at Delinian from 2018 to the present, starting as an Analyst in Research and later transitioning to Manager of Commercial Projects and Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Development in the Legal department. Prior to Delinian, Prin worked at the United Nations as a member of the Legal Department of Field Support from September 2017 to February 2018. Before that, they worked at the Council of Europe as an Official in the Economic Crime and Cooperation Division from January 2016 to January 2017. Additionally, Prin gained experience as a Summer Intern at Kirkland & Ellis in June and July 2013.
Prin Shasiharan began their education at John Lyon School from 2004 to 2011. They then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Following this, Prin attended UCL in 2014 to 2015, specializing in Corporate Law and obtaining a Master of Laws (LLM) degree. In addition to their formal education, Prin has acquired several certifications, including "Unlocking Investment and Finance in EMDEs" from The World Bank in 2020 and "Capital Markets and Key Participants" from the New York Institute of Finance in 2018. They have also obtained certifications from prestigious institutions such as the United Nations, Solicitors Regulation Authority, Harvard University, and the ECDL Foundation.
