Jarno Helkamo

Jarno Helkamo has a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Jarno has held various positions in multiple companies including Delipap Oy, Crossfit Tehdas, Fazer, and Meira Oy. In these roles, Jarno has been responsible for production planning, quality assurance, cost efficiency, staff development, work safety, and long-term production strategy planning. As a Maintenance Engineer, Jarno focused on transforming maintenance culture to proactive, critical analysis of production machinery, and leading investment projects. In their role as an Electrician, Jarno handled electrical and automation installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.
