Your Impact

At Deliverect, we are revolutionizing order management for the hospitality, grocery, and soon retail industries, helping them thrive in a fast-paced digital world. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role at the intersection of product development and marketing strategy. You will be the voice of our customers and partners, ensuring that the products we build are relevant and impactful. Your strategic insights and innovative marketing campaigns will drive product adoption and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to Deliverect's ambitious growth mission.

A Typical Day

  • Generate actionable insights about users and prospects to inform strategic decisions and guide product development.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns for product launches, ensuring successful market penetration.
  • Lead marketing campaigns designed to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Create a learning agenda and rapidly experiment with new ideas to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Build effective sales enablement tools to support the sales team in accelerating deal success and closing opportunities.
  • Develop engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, and white papers to support marketing efforts and communicate product value.
  • Track and analyze product marketing metrics, such as product adoption rate and user engagement, to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar role in the business-to-business  SaaS industry.
  • Experience of working on early product market fit is required.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with content creation, including blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns and assets.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Some understanding of the food service industry is a plus.
  • Passion for B2B SaaS: Enjoys promoting complex solutions to businesses.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our London, United Kingdom offices both 2 days of remote work.  Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Candidates must apply to the location where they have the current legal right to live and work. Relocation will not be provided at this time.
