Federica Filardi

Head of Operations & Customer Success at Deliveristo

Federica Filardi has been working in the field since 2015. Federica began their career as an Event Manager at Hummus Bros. In 2017, they moved to Goldman Sachs as a Retail Manager. In 2018, they joined REKKI as a Customer Retention Manager and Business Development Manager. In 2020, they joined Deliveristo as Head of Operations & Customer Success and then moved to the role of Head of Customer Success.

Federica Filardi attended Liceo Scientifico P.N.I. G.Da Procida from 2009 to 2014, where they earned their Science High School Diploma. From 2014 to 2015, they attended EF International Language Campus, where they completed an Intensive English Course. Lastly, from 2016 to 2017, they attended City, University of London, where they completed a Course in Event Management Major.
