Ben Collis

Ben Collis currently serves as VP People at Deliveroo, a position held since January 2025. Ben's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Amazon, where roles spanned from Head of Talent Enhancement to HR Leader for Prime Video in Europe, contributing to substantial organizational growth and talent management across multiple regions. Earlier in the career, Ben worked at BBC, leading HR initiatives during the formation of BBC Studios and overseeing transformation efforts in BBC Radio. Ben holds a 2.1 degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
