Erin Weigel

Erin Weigel is a Senior Product Design Manager at Deliveroo, specializing in design systems, accessibility, and operations since October 2021. Previously, Erin worked at Booking.com from February 2013 to September 2021, where roles included Principal Designer and Senior Designer, focusing on a range of customer and partner-facing products, while also contributing to the scaling of the design team from approximately 30-40 to over 300. Erin's responsibilities involved user research, prototype design, coding with HTML & CSS, and mentorship. Additionally, Erin served as a Product Owner for the Booking Now mobile application and was a UX Designer for the Booking.com tablet website. Prior experience includes a Web Designer position at Medifast, Inc. from December 2011 to January 2013 and a Sales & E-Marketing Manager role at aMuse Toys from 2007 to October 2011. Erin earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art and studied Fine Art at Konstfack.
