Kellie Dowling

Kellie Dowling is a seasoned professional in People Services and payroll management with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the People Services Senior Manager at Deliveroo since December 2018, Kellie has progressed through various managerial roles including People Services Manager and People Operations Manager. Prior to Deliveroo, Kellie held the position of Payroll Specialist at TP ICAP and worked as a Payroll Project Associate at Coty, where duties included acting as Payroll Specialist. Kellie's career began at Oracle Payroll Services Ltd as a Payroll Technician, following a role as General Administrator at Oracle Payroll. Academically, Kellie earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from The Open University, completing the degree between 2014 and 2018, and also attended The Marsh Academy from 2003 to 2010.
