Apeksha Gupte

Apeksha Gupte currently serves as the Head of People Services at Beiersdorf since June 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Smith+Nephew from January 2008 to May 2025, where Apeksha held several roles including Director of Strategic HR Business Partner - GBS, Senior Manager APAC, HR Consultant and Employee Experience, HR Business Partner for GBS India & Malaysia, and Assistant Manager in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment, learning and development, and organizational development. Earlier experience includes a role in HR at Aditya Birla Minacs from January 2008 to January 2009, managing employee relations for the Mumbai location. Apeksha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management (2006-2007) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai (2004-2005).
