Paul Wilkinson

Paul Wilkinson is an experienced product leader with a strong background in grocery and retail technology. Currently serving as Product Director for Grocery/Retail Partners and Hop at Deliveroo since May 2022, Paul leads a team focused on enhancing grocery partner experiences. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at Amazon, where Paul launched innovative customer experiences for Alexa Shopping, and Head of Product at Tesco, where Paul transformed product processes with a focus on data analytics and machine learning. Additional experience includes advisory roles and technology leadership positions that fostered innovation and strategic growth. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and a Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology from the University of Leeds.
