Jad Naoum is a seasoned professional in product operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Global Product Operations Senior Manager at Delivery Hero since August 2020, where leadership of an 8-member team focuses on product launches, roadmap planning, product adoption, user support, and tech migrations.
