Ken Tsay

Ken Tsay is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in various roles across notable companies. Currently, as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Delivery Hero, Ken heads the Global QC Commercial Tech teams, focusing on enhancing quick commerce experiences across multiple platforms. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Contentful, where Ken led the Content Platform Group, and Director of Software Engineering at Careem, where Ken played a significant role in transforming the company into the MENA region's first super app. Ken's earlier career includes positions at Yahoo!, IBM, and ETH Zurich, among others, showcasing a solid foundation in software development, architecture, and team leadership. Ken holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and additional degrees from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and Taipei Municipal University of Education.
