Onur Bilgi

Onur Bilgi serves as the Sr. Director of Service Operations for Europe at Delivery Hero since August 2023, previously holding the position of Chief Experience Officer at yemeksepeti.com from March 2015 to July 2023, where leadership encompassed Customer Experience, Process Development, Contact Center, Operational Excellence, and Fraud Operations, overseeing an organization of over 800 personnel.
