Mark Colabella

Mark Colabella is the VP of Enterprise Tax Planning, Compliance and Defense at Dell Technologies. Mark has over 25 years of experience in tax law and has held various positions at large companies such as EMC, Eastman Kodak, General Electric and Textron. Prior to their current position, they were the Chief Tax Officer at Eastman Kodak and was instrumental in remediating Sarbanes Oxley material weakness and improving internal controls. At General Electric, they were the global tax leader and a member of GE Tax Council leadership team. Mark started their career as an auditor and CPA at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mark Colabella earned a J.D. with distinction from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.B.A. magna cum laude in accounting from Hofstra University.
