Mark Mouritsen

SVP, Legal APJC at Dell Technologies

Mark Mouritsen is currently the SVP of Legal APJC at Dell Technologies. Mark has over 25 years of experience in corporate and securities law.

Mr. Mouritsen began their career as an associate attorney at Jenkens & Gilchrist in 1992. In 1998, they joined Dell as an attorney in the Corporate & Securities group. Mark served as lead attorney for Dell Ventures and Dell’s M&A activities, and gained significant international experience while working in Dell’s UK offices. In 2005, they left Dell to become the Director of Corporate & Securities Law at Freescale Semiconductor. At Freescale, they were responsible for SEC compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Mark also served as general counsel to Freescale’s networking business. Mr. Mouritsen rejoined Dell Technologies in 2008 and has been in their current position since then.

Mark Mouritsen received a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in Mark'story from The University of Texas at Austin. Mark also attended St. Mark's School of Texas.
