Sooji Seo

Sooji Seo is the current Vice President & Chief Privacy Officer at Dell Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the Acting Global Ethics & Compliance Officer at SecureWorks for 11 months, during which they were responsible for developing new global ethics and compliance programs for the company. Sooji has also held the position of Vice President Ethics and Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Dell, as well as Global Trade Counsel & Senior Compliance Director at Dell Inc.

Sooji Seo has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of New South Wales. Sooji also has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Honours from the University of Technology, Sydney.

They work with Mark Colabella - VP, Enterprise Tax Planning, Compliance and Defense, Kayla Shell - VP, Legal, IT and Security, and Michael McLaughlin - SVP & Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. Sooji Seo reports to Rich Rothberg, General Counsel.
