Patrick Tsang

Patrick Tsang is the CEO of Deloitte China and the Chief Partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP. He is also a member of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Global Executive Team.

Mr. Tsang leads the Deloitte China network which covers the territories of Mainland China, the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau, and Mongolia, with nearly 13,000 people in 21 offices committed to making an impact that matters to clients, people and society. He steers the China firm in delivery of a full range of audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax and legal services through a "high value, high tech and high touch" approach.

Mr. Tsang's career is closely linked to China's rapid economic development and market reform. He has significant experiences in accounting, tax, finance and management consulting across a range of industries, especially in automotive, real estate, clean technology, consumer business and mining.

Mr. Tsang is a member of CICPA, ACCA and HKICPA. He is recognized for his outstanding contribution to China's accounting profession. He was the former Chairman of ACCA Steering Committee in Shanghai, and was awarded “Distinguished Auditor in the National CPA Profession” by both CICPA and SICPA.

Mr. Tsang holds a bachelor‘s degree in business administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He also successfully completed the Senior Executive Program and other leadership development programs at Harvard Business School.
