Charity Migwi

Charity Migwi is a seasoned professional in the field of sustainability and human capital development, currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since February 2016, with previous roles as Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Human Capital Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Trainer at Escalino Education, where Charity trained youth in Pakistan and Cameroon on various innovative methodologies. At M-KOPA Solar, Charity managed the M-KOPA U training program, facilitating professional development for headquarters staff. Additionally, as a Sustainability Intern at Annie's Inc., Charity developed strategies for employee engagement and sustainability initiatives. Charity holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Sustainability Management and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, both from the University of Pennsylvania, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Lester B. Pearson UWC of the Pacific and a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education from Alliance Girls' High School.
