Mark Miller

Mark Miller is a Principal at Deloitte, where since January 2002, leadership in the US Equity and Incentives practice has focused on global compensation and benefits consulting within the Global Employer Services practice of Deloitte Tax. Responsibilities include advising multinational clients on long-term remuneration aspects such as plan design, administration, and related tax strategies. Additionally, Mark served as a UK compensation and employment tax consultant at the Global Equity Organization from June 2016 to June 2019 and has been a board member there. Mark holds a CEP degree in equity remuneration and stock administration from Santa Clara University, a CTA degree in taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with management from the University of Warwick.
