Sarah Casey Otte

Sarah Casey Otte is a seasoned legal and public policy professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Public Policy Leader and Geopolitical Strategy Leader at Deloitte since September 2012, Sarah has held multiple significant roles within the organization, including Global Chief Risk Officer and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to Deloitte, Sarah was Assistant Director in the Division of Trading & Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and served as a member of the Secretariat at the Financial Stability Board. Additional legal experience includes positions at Milbank LLP, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Sarah holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, a Bachelor of Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and has also studied at Leiden University and the University of Graz.
