Randy Stoloff has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Randy most recently served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Delphi-US, LLC starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at AmWINS Group Benefits for over 11 years, holding the position of Marketing Director. In this role, they led the development and implementation of marketing plans for six divisions, resulting in consistent sales increases. Randy also played a key role in driving the development of innovative programs that accelerated sales growth and profitability. Before joining AmWINS, Randy worked at FirstComp Insurance as the National Marketing Manager, where they developed a five-year marketing strategy and implemented a unique new state entry marketing initiative. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at MetLife Auto & Home, providing marketing support to distribution channel sales teams. Randy began their career at MetLife Group as a Sales Representative, where they consistently achieved high sales and retention results.
Randy Stoloff holds a BA in Corporate Communications from Roger Williams University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including ZoomInfo Engage from ZoomInfo in March 2023. Prior to that, Randy earned certifications in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2020, and a Certificate in Marketing Retention from the CXL Institute in May 2020. In April 2020, they also completed certifications in Customer Retention and Google Analytics Essential Training, both from LinkedIn. Earlier, in April 2019, Randy became a Certified Digital Marketing Professional through the Digital Marketing Institute.
